thank you for your interest in Veronica's craft. upon approval of your order request, you will shortly receive an email to schedule a consultation for your design request. 

process 

step 1. client inquires via email with detail about request

step 2. schedule a consultation ($100 upfront investment is due to confirm appointment)

step 3. veronica designs the piece, once client approves of the design, 50% of the project cost is due, then production starts. 

step 4. once production is complete, the remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of piece.

please note: consultations require a $100 upfront investment. consultation investment cost is credited to final balance of design and production. this consultation fee is non-refundable. must give a 24hr notice for rescheduling consultation if needed, thank you.
